What is Bootcamp?
Very simply put it is the best and most effective single workout to achieve maximum results!
A high intensity (not necessarily high impact) workout designed by personal trainers to maximize your time and efforts to give you the most effective workout for fat burning, toning, strengthing, balance, power and cardiovascular and muscle endurance building in one powerful workout!
Our intermediate / advanced bootcamp program is unlimited!
Who is Bootcamp for?
Bootcamp is for all fitness levels all different shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. You do not need to BE in shape; you just need to WANT to get in shape and you must be willing to work for it!
Why Bootcamp? 
No two sessions are the same which prevents boredom and plateaus. You can expect core training, agility drills, stretching, obstacle courses, circuit training and body weight exercises. In addition you will use a variety of fun and effective tools such as Bands, Sandbells, Agility Tools, TRX Suspension Training, Battling Ropes, Kettle Bells, Weights, Medicine Balls etc.
As part of your Bootcamp program you get online access to state of the art nutrition/meal planning, plus monthly fitness assessments (for 3month + memberships) plus other free class offerings!

Why Higher Choices?
Often group fitness instructors are trained solely for the type of class they teach. Higher Choices classes are led by Certified Personal Trainers, also with group certifications who are educated in kinesiology and can apply exercise prescription for all levels, goals and physical considerations. In addition, our Bootcamp workouts are designed to train all aspects of fitness such as Cardiovascular fitness, Flexibility, Muscular endurance or Muscle strength where as many group fitness classes only focus on one aspect.
What are the benefits?
You will see a reduction in body fat, increased strength, improved confidence, team building and camaraderie with fellow campers, perseverance of physical and mental challenges and realization of personal goals.Exercise has also proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and increase energy and stamina.
At HCPF you will have a different experience from a typical gym.You will not get lost and yet you will not be put on stage! Bootcamp encourages you to maximize your personal fitness level and support and encourage other members of your team. What kind of results may I expect?
Everyone is different some see improvements in performance in as little as 1-3 weeks. Many see visual improvements in 4-6 weeks, depending on your effort level in class and maintaining a healthy diet. It is very common to see participants lose weight and decrease in size when consistently attending boot camp. We establish a baseline for you by performing monthly fitness assesments and set goals and monitor you throughout your time with us.
What if I have an injury?
We will provide modified workouts that are personalized for you as alternatives to strengthen your body and still give you the most intense workout you can have.
