Kids X-Biking/Boxing/Bootcamp

Lead by two personal trainers! This power packed session is 45 minutes of X-Biking, Kickboxing, Trx Suspension Training & Bootcamp tailored for your Kids!!
Classes also often include goal setting, progress tracking, nutrition / exercise talks as well as positive reinforcement for confidence building! "Kickboxing is a great way to
burn energy, build endurance, power, coordination and balance. TRX Suspension
Training is great to increase strength, core stability and balance utilizing
body weight. Together they make an awesome combination to get your kids fit!"

February 20th Ages: 6-10 and 11-15 (groups will be divided)
